Once an order has been processed or completed on a digital server, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

We provide support for various government-authorized services, such as:
National Identity (NID) correction or update
Academic result correction or verification
Certificate reissue or recovery
All such services are conducted only through verified sources and lawful procedures.
💰 Refund Policy
✅ Once the work has begun, no refund will be applicable.
✅ If we are unable to complete the work for any valid reason, the full payment will be refunded.
❌ If the client fails to complete payment during work, the refund will not be applicable.
✅ Full advance payment is required before work begins.
⚠ If the documents provided by the client are incorrect or unverifiable, and the work cannot be completed, no refund will be issued.
❌ 2. Refunds Are Not Applicable In The Following Cases:
If you do not receive delivery on time due to your own unavailability.
If you change your mind or decide to cancel during the work process.
If you provide incorrect or fake information, making it impossible to complete the work.
If you change your decision after the work has been completed.
✅ 3. When Refund Is Applicable:
If we are unable to complete the work due to technical or security-related reasons.
If the order cannot be processed due to server issues or systemic errors.
⚠ In these cases, a full refund will be issued within the official processing time.

🛡 ১. পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডার শর্তাবলী
যদি কোনো গভর্নমেন্ট-লিমিটেড বা রেস্ট্রিক্টেড সার্ভিস গ্রহণ করা হয় (যেমন NID সংশোধন, পাসপোর্ট সার্ভার রিকুয়েস্ট, বা রেজাল্ট পরিবর্তন), তাহলে সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।
যেসব কাজ ডিজিটাল সার্ভারে প্রসেসিং বা কমপ্লিট হয়েছে, সেগুলো ক্যানসেলযোগ্য নয়, এবং রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
🏛 সরকারি সেবা
আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য উৎস ও বৈধ আইনি প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে নিচের সেবাগুলো দিয়ে থাকি:
জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (NID) সংশোধন বা আপডেট
একাডেমিক রেজাল্ট সংশোধন বা যাচাই
সার্টিফিকেট রিকভারি বা পুনরায় ইস্যু
সব কাজই সম্পন্ন হয় বিশ্বস্ত সূত্র এবং আইনি কাঠামোর মধ্যে থেকে।
💰 রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
✅ কাজ একবার শুরু হলে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
✅ যদি আমরা কোনো কারণে কাজ সম্পন্ন করতে না পারি, পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
❌ যদি ক্লায়েন্ট কাজ চলাকালীন পেমেন্ট দিতে ব্যর্থ হন, রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
✅ কাজ শুরু হওয়ার আগে সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট প্রদান করতে হবে।
⚠ ক্লায়েন্টের প্রদত্ত ডকুমেন্ট ভুল বা যাচাইযোগ্য না হলে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
❌ ২. নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়:
আপনি যদি সময়মতো ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ না করেন।
কাজ চলাকালীন সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তন করে অর্ডার বন্ধ করতে চান।
আপনি ভুল তথ্য দেন যার কারণে কাজ সম্পন্ন হয় না।
কাজ শেষ হওয়ার পর মত পরিবর্তন করেন।
✅ ৩. রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য কবে:
যদি কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর কারিগরি বা নিরাপত্তাজনিত কারণে কাজটি সম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব না হয়।
যদি সার্ভার বা সিস্টেম সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা হয় এবং অর্ডার প্রসেস করা না যায়।
⚠ এক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে অফিসিয়াল প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে।
🔄 ৪. কাজের প্রক্রিয়া ও দায়িত্ব
আমাদের টিম সবসময় সরকারি নীতিমালা ও নির্ধারিত পদ্ধতি মেনে কাজ করে।
যদি কোনো ক্লায়েন্ট প্রসেস অনুযায়ী কাজ গ্রহণ না করেন, Team Cyber71 Official দায়ী থাকবে না।
